Student Accounting

Methods of Payment

All checks should be made payable to Washington University in St. Louis. Please make sure to include the students' name and Student ID on all payments.

  1. Online Payments: If you are the student, log onto your WebSTAC account and go to Billing Records and Pay/View My Bill. If you are the parent you will need to log into E-Billing. If you do not have a username and password already, you need to be invited by the student to be another payer.
  2. Payment by Mail:

  3. Payment in Person: The student can make a payment in person with a check in the office of Student Financial Services located in North Brookings Hall, Room 75 in the lower level.
  4. Bank Wire Transfer: Wire money transfer to Bank of America. Please see the back of your bill or contact Student Accounting for wiring instructions. Also, refer to Polices for wire limitations.
  5. Overnight Delivery*:

    *Please do not use the envelope provided with your statement for payments via overnight delivery.

  6. Payment via TuitionPay: This program offers families the payment opportunity of spreading all, or part, of the yearly expenses over 9 or 10 equal monthly payments, interest free. This option is only available for undergraduate students. For more information click here.
  7. Payment via Partners in Education with Parents (PEP): This payment program is a Washington University payment based program that offers various payment options for a single year, up to all four years, and prepayment options. This option is only available for undergraduate students. For more information click here.
