Enroll an E-Billing Other Payer Account
Many students at Washington University partially or fully depend on others such as parents or corporate sponsors to assist with their financial obligation. By inviting their friends and family to E-Billing, they are granting you access to their confidential billing information as well as online payment options. Additionally, as new statements are produced you will automatically receive notice by email.

What you need to know:
- When the student invites you, you will receive a 5-digit activation ID by email. If you did not receive an email with an activation ID, you will need to contact the student directly for the activation ID located under their profile section.
- The student's ID number.
What you need to do:
- Browse the Student Accounting home page and click the linked text, "Log on to E-Billing".
- Click the button below "New User? Sign Up Now!"
- In Enrollment Type, select the Other Payer radio button.
- Read and Accept the agreement, type in your 5-digit Activation ID and the student's ID number, and then click Next.
- The next page (Step 2 of 3) will ask for your contact information. Complete the information and click Next.
- Finally, complete your enrollment by creating your own unique username and password.
- You may now view your student's bills and online payment option!
